Contract #:N00178-14-D-8004 Period of Performance: Sept 2014 to Sept 2019 ADS Corporation was awarded a five year Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for a wide range of engineering, technical, financial and programmatic services and solutions in all seven geographic zones. Seaport-E gives ADS Corporation access to the Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, Military Sealift Command and the United States Marine Corps to deliver a broad range of support services.
ADS’s QA program consists of tools and processes that are applied throughout the life cycle of each Task Order that is awarded, including process audits, subcontract management audits, client satisfaction surveys, and peer reviews. We use both peer reviews and independent reviews for all deliverables, which ensure that another member of the ADS staff objectively reviews deliverables for completeness, compliance, understanding, and presentation.
Deliverables Preparation and Quality Control: During the preparation of deliverables, ADS assigns a peer to review the deliverables to ensure accuracy and quality. The quality will be checked against the applicable specifications and standards for accuracy, grammatical correctness, and overall appearance.
Quality Performance Monitoring: ADS's QA manager will use a set of performance tracking tools and reports to provide quality control management and visibility over the performance of the Task Order, to include all direct labor costs, indirect costs and other direct charges.
Communications with the Client: In addition to written Monthly Progress Reports, ADS will schedule reviews with the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) that will entail an assessment of ADS's performance (quality, cost and schedule) across all aspects of the Task Order requirements. To ensure Client satisfaction, we will encourage and foster both formal and informal dialogue between the ADS staff and their Government counterparts. This communication will provide the means for clarification, issue identification, feedback and rapid response to our Clients' changing needs.
